Comissions Terms

Terms Of Service for BlazertPianter / Vanessa Theresa ART of ELPRUPRM Alien Designs Commissions

By accepting the terms of service you (the client) agrees to all of the following:


PAYMENT
  1. The Client agrees to pay any and/or all Shipping Fees upon acceptance of project
  2. The Client agrees to pay 50%, and any shipping costs upon start and the remaining unpaid amount (including revisions) upon completion
  3. 100% of payment is non refundable
  4. Payments are in CAD and will be converted to your currency

SHIPMENT
  1. Items will not be shipped or sent until paid in full
  2. Once shipped the project is out of my hands, Vanessa Theresa ART of ELPRUPRM Alien Designs will not take responsibility should the item be lost, stolen, or damaged in or after shipping

RIGHTS
  1. Vanessa Theresa ART of ELPRUPRM Alien Designs holds all rights to this artwork, including reposting, reselling and redistribution
  2. The Client does not hold rights to this artwork and that reposting without credit to the original artist Vanessa Theresa ART of ELPRUPRM Alien Designs, reselling and redistribution is considered copyright infringement

TERMINATION
  1. Vanessa Theresa ART of ELPRUPRM Alien Designs reserves the right to refuse and/or terminate any commission for any reason including rude behavior, dishonesty, etc.
  2. In the event that the project is Terminated mid way the 50% Deposit AKA Kill Fee is Non Refundable
